The whole area is divided into 5 parts: exhibition islands, park landscape, lake with woodland, plaza and campus.

On the exhibition islands there are various car brand name stores with differing circuits where car performance can be tested. The central axis of the ecology parks links the thematically laid out exhibition areas, the water towers and the plaza.

The park landscape is divided into several areas, which are inspired by the Chinese art of gardening and layout of paths: the paths are arranged in a zigzag form to ward off evil spirits. A special feature around the water towers is an illuminated floor (glass + glass fibre).

The second area is characterised by groves of trees, plants, structural elements and play areas and is for regeneration, seeing and being seen. The third area is conceived for sport – playing fields are integrated into the park landscape.

In the south a lakeside promenade with a restaurant borders on the central park. From the water tower area steps which are suitable for sitting and a flight of steps lead down to the lake. Adjoining are a driving range and a cart-racing track, which are screened from the “Volkswiese” (public green) by an embankment with seating steps. The woodland provides a calm background for the lake and generous open spaces.

The dominant feature of the plaza is the “LOOP”. On the green islands there are cafés, bars and kiosks. An open-air theatre is situated on the east-west axis. The campus is spread along and structured in a north-south direction – paths of varying widths offer differing spatial situations.
