In planning the residential area the existing ground contours were taken into consderation in the overall conception. Ecological factors were given special consideration. For example the rainwater from the private area was fed into seepage basins and percolation rigoles.
The main seepage basin upgraded the total green space for recreation and offered an enriched experience for children.
