For the excavation company in the Münsterland in the cement district, cared for by us, Beckum could be brought the entire licensing procedure – including the production of the necessary demand documentation, how environmental compatibility study (UVS) and landscape conservation support plan (LPB) – within one period from two years to the conclusion.
This was reached by the guidance idea to settle UVS and LPB on a very high technical level in order to achieve thereby a complete and rapid acceptance with the authorizing agency and the population concerned.
All existing nature and landscape factors were examined within a yearly and judged concerning their space sensitivity. The results could be considered briskly in the con-cept for recultivation planning. The conversion of the regional and urban land use planning given recultivation goal “nature protec-tion” led due to our planning to minimized recultivation costs and to a shortened recultivation period for the excavation company.
After use of the raw materials for humans from our planning a lands-cape will result in such a way, which can be back-conquered already briefly after conclusion of the raw material dismantling of nature. Already today it can be foreseen that here in the future a nature protection-worthy area will develop.
